As we have experienced the trials and tribulations of searching for our dream property here, we know however exciting it may be, it can be stressful and exhausting too. We aim to make this task a bit easier for you.

We can make appointments with local agents to save you time on arrival. If you wish, we can prepare a picnic lunch for busy viewing days as you may find you are out with agents from dawn ’til dusk. On your return you can relax and have a four course dinner served to you in your gite.

When we were property hunting here ourselves we found it extremely helpful to talk to people who were already settled in France. We are on hand to offer help and advice if you should need it or just to chat about life here in general.

Art Courses

For 2009 we have liaised with two of our neighbouring artists to provide a choice of alternative activities. Whether you are a serious artist or would just like to try something different we have opportunities for you.

‘Mercedes Chaufoer’ is a talented professional artist originating from Holland. Her work is sold worldwide and she has exhibitions throughout Europe. She works in a variety of styles using different painting materials. Painting course are €200 per week for 30 hours (subject to availability). ‘Wendela de Vines’ - is also a Dutch artist. Her first love is pottery. She has a fully equipped studio and kiln. So you will have to make room in your suitcase to take your creations home with you! Wendela can provide the opportunity for painting too. She lives within walking distance of Boussagou and runs a creative workshop with clay and paint Monday to Saturday. The sessions last 2.5 hours at a cost of €20 per day.

Reflexology

In addition to Reflexology, Di can also offer you a relaxing pedicure to keep your feet feeling cool and fresh and looking fab throughout your holiday. Pre-booking is advised.
